Ice Cream Sandwich, Malaysia Stlye

Cody and I ventured out on our own for the first time with google directions in hand. We were in search of a Penguin Books warehouse sale since we have been doing so much reading and books here are so expensive. We made some awesome selections and when we could not take the heat and dust any longer, we headed out. While we were paying under the hot tents, we saw an employee with a large hotdog bun filled with what looked like ice cream. Cody and I looked at each other quizzically. “What do you think that could be?” Cody asked me. “An ice cream sandwich?” I answered hesitantly.

We escaped the hot, dusty tent and low and behold, an ice cream man. Well, what was Cody going to do if not get one. Here it is, in all of it’s glory.

And he loved it, although the ice cream could have been a little better.
